I managed The Black Series model development and provided art direction to the digital artist team and external vendors, ensuring premium deco, quality control and color consistency across all Black Series figures. I oversaw the creation and distribution of digital paintmaster spec-packages to overseas production vendors; featuring photoreal inkjet face artwork, finish guides, decals, and final Pantone colors to maintain product quality.
